My first…hopefully not the last mountain I will ever climb…..

I’m not giving anymore details because this so 2008 and late hehe I only want to share some wonderful pictures, recall how I met new friends and witness God’s work of art! What makes this adventure more unforgettable is the fact that our sweet furry babies came along! Bloody windy and cold at night!! Oh and the bulalo after!

“Ain’t about how fast I get there…Ain’t about what’s waiting on the other side, It’s the climb!!!!”

To my dad and my youngest brother CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! It is so cool that they are graduating at the same time!!

I am excited for Gerbie to meet new challenges, new friends and discover that there is more to life than games…games..and games!  But I am more excited for dad! Finally after 55 years…he is wearing a toga and taking that picture! He said photo shoot is done and he was surprised to see that he look so much like “Jimmy Santos”!! Wahahaha!

I love you guys!

pro·cras·ti·nate [proh-kras-tuh-neyt], -nat·ed, -nat·ing.

–verb (used without object) 1.  to defer action; delay: to procrastinate until an opportunity is lost. –verb (used with object) 2. to put off till another day or time; defer; delay.

I am so late today that I don’t have the face to show myself at almost 10AM when I should be reporting at 9am!

PROCRASTINATE..big word!  And I’m living like I love it!

During college, I was a CSR at Pizza Hut for a while. There is a test where you have to finish sentences with any thought that will first come in your mind.

I always tend to……procrastinate!  During the interview I was asked why I wrote that? Too late for me to realize why did I?! When it is something negative that can be used against me and forget about being hired! It is in me… and maybe my life is all about procrastinating!  And it is only in my deathbed that I will realize and regret why I did not take chances..on a lot of things!

This blog is not updated! I have tons of bills to settle! I have a car that I delay fixing! I don’t visit my family so often! I am overweight! I can’t  watch the movies I like! I buy books that I don’t finish reading! I want a haircut! I need a dental filling! I want to travel! I want kids! I want a lot of things but I don’t say them and it is crazy inside! I can’t believe I’m still sane. This is so frustrating! And it is all my fault. I have a choice!

Let me gather myself and I will be back with something better than being pathetic.

Need I say I love to eat?! I love pasta, spices, pizza, cooking! I am so excited to discover that one of the only two ristorante of my favorite BRAVO  is just around the corner!  I usually just buy from their kiosk and binge at home!

You must try Crostini with Tomato Garlic Dip! And my favorite Garlic Spinach Pesto!…..didn’t I say I love Garlic?

Here is a very simple recipe that you can try, simply combine everything! So yummy and healthy!

250 g Pasta cooked al dente
2-3 tbsp Bravo’s Garlic Spinach Pesto (of course you can add more!)
McCormick’s dried basil
Kraft’s Parmesan cheese
Century Tuna’s Hot & Spicy (drained but not totally!)
Salt and Pepper to taste
